Direct EFT / bank transfer.
Credit and debit card payments, where available through our payment provider.

For EFT payments, customers must use their Shopify order number as the payment reference.

Orders paid by EFT will only be processed once the funds reflect in our bank account.

HornyCorns reserves the right to withhold dispatch until payment has been successfully confirmed.

5. ORDERS AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

An automated order confirmation does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted or dispatched.

We reserve the right to contact customers regarding order details, payment verification, stock availability or suspected fraudulent transactions.

If we are unable to fulfil an order, we will notify the customer and arrange an appropriate refund where payment has already been received.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

HornyCorns offers nationwide delivery within South Africa.

Our current delivery options are:

Standard Nationwide Delivery: R100
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days.

Express Delivery: R150
Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days, subject to courier availability.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by circumstances outside our control.

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after payment has cleared.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses and contact information.

7. DISCREET PACKAGING

We understand that privacy is important when purchasing adult wellness products.

HornyCorns takes reasonable care to package orders discreetly.

We do not intentionally display sensitive product descriptions on the outside of parcels.
